You can throw some spinach on that salad or sandwich to add a great boost of iron and vitamin-C.

Of course, we’ve all heard how great milk is for our bodies, and that is completely true, except for the lactose-intolerant. A great way to get that calcium and the health benefits of dairy is to increase your intake of low-fat milk or yogurt. An amazing side to have with your spinach salad is yummy cottage cheese with some flaxseed oil or walnuts.
