“People Can Tell I Look Younger, But They Can’t Put Their Finger On Why”
An Atlanta Shave-Less FUE Client Restores His Hair and His Confidence
Bob, an Atlanta native, started losing his hair in his early 40s.
“It was just a slow receding of the hairline from the front of my forehead back, and then I had hair loss at the crown of my head,” Bob says.
Bob works in sales, a career where confidence is key and the hair loss affected his confidence. Still, he didn’t take steps to repair it until he got divorced.
Stepping back into the dating pool, he realized that the hair loss made him look and feel older than he wanted and it was time to do something about it.
Bob narrowed his search down to six different physicians and interviewed them all. One of them was Dr. Danyo.
“What I learned was that the physician will talk to you in person, but it’s the technician who does the procedure,” says Bob. “Dr. Danyo was the only doctor I talked to who did each procedure himself.”
After an in-depth consultation with Dr. Danyo, Bob scheduled a Shave-Less FUE, a procedure where hair follicles are harvested from a donor site and re-implanted in thinning areas, without the need to shave the patient’s head.
This procedure is on the cutting edge of hair restoration practice and it’s Dr. Danyo’s specialty.
He’s one of the few physicians in the world who performs this procedure and does it all himself – without the help of technicians.
“The procedure took about 10 hours,” says Bob. “The procedure room was very well lit with natural sunlight, and Dr. Danyo and his staff were very accommodating and attentive. The day went by quickly and there were no complications.”
In the end, Bob had several Shave-Less FUE procedures with Dr. Danyo – to thicken and fill out all the areas where his hair was thinning.
Each of the procedures was done by Dr. Danyo himself, in his sunny and spacious practice in Alpharetta on Main Street.
Now Bob has exactly the hair he wants, thick and full, with no trace of a receding hairline.
“I’m very pleased with the outcome,” says Bob. “When people haven’t seen me for a while, they’re often surprised—they can tell my looks have improved and I look younger, but they can’t quite put their finger on what it is. One of the best things about the procedure was that people don’t realize you’ve had it done unless you tell them.”
When asked what advice he’d give others looking to restore their hair growth, Bob is unequivocal.
“There’s only one physician to do this work and that’s Dr. Danyo,” he says.
“Dr. Danyo takes a vested interest in all the procedures he does. He has genuine care for his patients, and he’s committed to the patient being completely satisfied. He’s very good about reassuring his patients, checking in after the procedure, and making sure you’re doing well. It’s a real doctor-patient relationship.”
“Hair restoration is an investment in yourself,” Bob adds, “and finding the right physician to handle it is absolutely worth it.”
