Questions About Hair Restoration (Part 2)

You’ve got questions, we’ve got answers.

We covered some of your most common questions last week and are answering more of them this week. If you missed part 1, check it out by clicking here.

If you have more questions that aren’t covered here, give us a call. We’ll try to answer your question if we can, but if we can’t, we can schedule a free consultation for you to meet with Dr. Danyo.

On to the questions… we’re calling this our “it depends” section.

Are the results permanent?

This is one of those “it depends” answers.

We do everything possible to give your transplanted hairs the best chance of survival, but there’s always a chance some may not take. Those that do should keep growing and growing.

There is always a chance other areas of your scalp may start showing signs of balding. If that happens, just give us a call and we can talk about your options.

How long will I be out of commission?

It depends.

If you’re having Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) you’ll be asked to take it easy for a few days post-procedure. Just like any other surgery, your body needs some time to recover and you want it to be able to send all resources to your scalp during this time.

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) is a different story. After your afternoon at our spa-like facility, you will be able to go right back to your busy professional and social life the next day.

Will I need another procedure?

Yep, you guessed it… it depends.

If you’ve already experienced hair loss, there’s a chance you may experience it again in other areas. If you notice another bald spot forming, give us a call and we can talk about your options at that point.

Technology is constantly advancing, and North Atlanta Hair Restoration keeps up with the latest in hair restoration procedures. So we will have lots of options for you if you need our services once again.

Got more questions? We’ve got more answers! Give us a call to schedule your free consultation today.
