What is Adipose-PRP?

What if you could use your body’s own cells to promote hair growth and slow thinning? You can. PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) injections do just that. The best part is that there is very little risk of a reaction, since it is using your own blood. We’ve taken PRP and added a step. We now offer Adipose-PRP. This combination is showing great results for hair restoration.

What is PRP?

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) injections use blood drawn at the beginning of the appointment. The blood is sent through a centrifuge to separate the plasma from the liquid. The plasma is nutrient dense and is being widely used to promote healing, stimulate hair growth, and slow the progression of hair loss.

What is the difference between PRP and Adipose-PRP?

Adipose-PRP is different than PRP in that cells from your body’s fat layer are added to the injection. A mini-liposuction is conducted where a syringe of fat is withdrawn. Similar to classic PRP, the fat cells are processed and the cells with the healing action are separated out. These cells are showing amazing results in clinical trials and may be the future of injection-based hair restoration. Our most popular Adipose-PRP package consists of one session of Adipose-PRP and three sessions of classis PRP.
